Cerys Matthews Duet?

There's a song that's getting some radioplay here in the UK at the mo, and i think it's a duet by Cerys Matthews (ex-Catatonia) and some guy... I cannot even remember any lyrics, only that it's a pretty upbeat song, with an amazing chorus.
Does any of this sound remotely familiar to anyone?

Cerys Matthews have done duets with space, gruff and tom jones.

Tom and Cerys was 'Baby its cold outside'

Cerys and Gruff (super furry animals) was called 'Elen'

The other was the one listed above

She did two that i can think of - one was called "The ballad of Tom Jones" and dueted on this with the lead singer, Tommy, from the 90s group Space.



She then did a Christmas duet with Tom Jones called "baby it's cold outside".



It's probably the first one you're thinking of, do a lyrics search and you'll find it!
