It's a K-Tel production, if that helps, and it is indeed called "Kickin' Country." The complete contents are:
Whiskey river (Willie Nelson)
Take this job and shove it (Johnny Paycheck)
Numbers (Bobby Bare)
Just good ol' boys (Moe Bandy & Joe Stampley)
Barstool mountain (Moe Bandy)
Don't all the girls get prettier at closing time (Mickey Gilley)
Eastbound and down (Jerry Reed)
Wasn't that a party (Rovers)
Up against the wall red neck mother (Jerry Jeff Walker)
Panama red (New Riders of the Purple Sage)
Willie, Waylon, and me (David Alan Coe)
Red necks, white socks, & Blue Ribbon beer (Johnny Russell)
Mammas don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys (Ed Bruce)
She's actin' single (I'm drinkin' doubles) (Gary Stewart)
I think I'll just stay here and drink (Merle Haggard)
The cover is brown and has a mug of beer on it, and the title is written in a rope font and the rope encircles the beer.
Here is the eBay search I would use to locate a copy:

It was also released as a vinyl LP and 8-track, so when you're on eBay, don't limit your searches to cassettes, unless that's all you can play! Cassette tapes do decompose over time, and this one is probably pushing 20-25 years old already, so you may be better off buying a record and having it converted to CD. There are services that will do that for you for a reasonable fee. I haven't used any of them, but if you search on "convert lp to cd" or "convert record to cd" and probably find a place near you that can do it.
