What is this bands name?

There was this really young boy band in New South Wales, Australia last year.. the guys were around 14 I think.
They were in the news paper and on a few talk shows.
I think one of there songs went something like.. 'I just want to hold your hand'
(No not the beetles)

It was a really strange band. But I would like to know the name of the band.

Does anyone know? Thanks!

Not sure, but I know it isn't Silverchair. They're an Australian band, and they're great, but they're not young or "poppy".

It maybe Room 24 - I dont know but they are a young band, however they live in Queensland of what I think.
