OK, so i'm going to a Bruce Springsteen concert tommorow. It is not my first concert, but the first of this genre. What should I expect? Will people be pumped up and jumping around? Will I look out of place if I don't go nuts, I don't really know the music that well. Also, what should I wear? Thanks!

Expect the time of your life. Bruce and the E Street Band put on one hell of a show and play rock n roll music with a beating red heart. I suggest you get familiar with some of the material - particularly with the albumns Born To Run, Darkness On The Edge Of Town and his latest offering, Magic.

You will undoubtedly be required to stand up, even if you've got a seated ticket.

Depends on where you are. If you have a general admission ticket and get in the front, people will be rocking out and having fun. Bruce's fans do tend to run a little, um, older, and so you will have lots of people who like to sit the whole time. So no, you won't feel out of place if you're not going crazy because some of the diehard fans who will be there won't be. But if people in front of you stand up and dance and you can't see, don't be a jerk and complain about it. They bought a ticket and they have a right to have fun.

I'd wear comfortable, loose clothes and sturdy shoes with closed toes.

Unfortunately, you may have to wait a little longer to go to the show since I think your show has been postponed due to the death of Danny Federici. RIP Danny.

Execpt to loose a few hours of you life you will never get back. Bruce Springsteen, I mean honestly.

Dress in jeans with a shirt, but still casual. People will probably be drunk but seated. I dont think it will be that rowdy. If you dont know the music that well study up so you can sing along and have a little to drink, it will ease the pain of listening to Springsteen.
