There are a couple of software solutions...the easiest depends on what you have for ripping software.

If you use CDex or EAC (both are freeware, by the way), you can select "Normalize all tracks" as an option when you're ripping, and even tell it what level to normalize it to.

If you're talking about already existing tracks on your computer, there's a shareware program called "MP3 Normalizer", which should do the trick.

Another, less usable solution, is (if you use Nero or Roxio) to burn the MP3s to an audio disc, and select the "Normalize All Tracks" option. Then, after burning, re-rip the CD to your hard drive, and all tracks will be normalized to the same level.

Good luck!

'change' from NCH utility is an audio encoder and has the choice to alter quantity on a music whilst encoding. in case you keep the bitrate the comparable as a results of fact the unique, you are able to efficiently get a louder mp3 popping out with the comparable filesize. even if, 'Wavepad' from the comparable employer is an audio modifying software which has the alternative. the two are not made in specific for the purpose yet the two are unfastened and are sensible to maintain for encoding/shrinking/modifying :)
