Does the Sesame Street song Reach your Hand up High sound like Sweet Caroline?

For those that Love the memories of Old School Sesame Street in the 1990s there was this nice little song with video footage over kids reaching their hands on books, chalkboards etc. called "Reach your Hand up High" it was a sweet song by Lillias White the Broadway singer that wrote some 1990s songs for Sesame Street, such as "You can get right up if you are feeling down," and "Say Cheese!" This song Reach your hand up high does sound a little bit like Sweet Caroline. Does the Sesame Street song Reach your hand up High sound similar to Sweet Caroline?
