I'm learning to use LMMS to make music, and my specific goal is to submit remixes to OverClocked Remix. The problem is they only accept MP3 format and LMMS only creates .WAV and .OGG format files. How can I convert them into MP3 format? Preferably something free.

Hey There,

Personally I use Audacity. It's open source, free (of course) and is really easy to use. Get it from audacity.sourceforge.net

When you are downloading it, don't forget to get the LAME MP3 encoder as well, so you can export the WAV file as MP3.

Good luck!
