Does Lana Del Rey lack talent or is she just an amateur?

I liked her song "video games". However, her snl performance sounded like someone singing in the shower or in front of the mirror in their bed room. Has society's taste in music degraded so much that we let average/bad musicians become famous? I have friends that are more talented musicians than Lana Del Rey. Whats the future of music if we keep putting people that lack real talent into the spotlight? Has societies taste for talent disappeared from generation to generation?

I think she's a really good musician, she was just a little nervous on SNL and she is just starting out so I think it's okay to be nervous. I do like video games also, the lyrics are amazing in that song and she wrote them herself.



I've seen videos that she's done recently live and I think she sounds good, just like the studio version of her songs. I think she's very creative and I love the Born To Die music video, she created all the ideas for that video by herself. I'm not saying she has the best voice in the music industry but I think her voice is really good. Her voice is really different from other artists in the industry and I think that is a good thing.



It's your personal opinion but I don't think she lacks talent at all.

Her unreleased or leaked ones are the final! they're mind-blowing! in case you seem up lana del rey unreleased on YouTube you will locate lots of great songs you would be able to desire to sit down down there all day every time you click a clean track there is at leased a million new track in techniques. i like noir, rehab, angels continuously, dynamite and sooo many greater!
