The Tremonti is Mark Tremonti's guitar from the band creed/alter bridge.
I think they are both very similar. You should try them both out though to see which sound you like more.
The Singlecut has only one Tone nob and one Volume nob which controls both pickups. However the Tremonti has a Volume nob and a Tone nob for each pickup separately.
This allows you to change the Tone and volume of each pickup separately so when you switch to that pickup you could already have the sound you want. Also, When you are using the middle pickup position, where you are combining both pickups, you can decide how much of each pickup volume you want in there and how much highs you want to roll off from each pickup.
I hope this makes sense.
The singlecut has the pickup selector on the side as usual however the Tremonti has it up at the top. You might prefer one over the other. Those are all the differences I can think of. the last will probably be the tone, I would definitely try them out to see which tone you prefer and to also see if one is more comfortable then the other.
If it helps, you can't go wrong with either one.
I hope this helps.
I personally, aside from tone, like the tremonti over the singlecut however I don't like having a guitarists name on my guitar. So i would have a tough time deciding like you but I think I would probably go with the Tremonti. Unless I thought the Singlecut sounded better of course.

Oh and when you go to buy one, make sure you get the one with the bird inlays. Those are the newer SE models. They have birds on the frets instead of dots. They look nicer and are newer so I would go with that. Pay attention for this especially if you go into a store. Make sure they don't try to sell you an older model with the moon inlays for the price of this one.
Good Luck.
