It's basically about arguments in a relationship, but how the problems are always solved and that's how the two stay together for so long. It may be about Travis McCoy of the band Gym Class Heroes, seeing as they were together at the time, or maybe it was just a random pop song. Oh and PMS stands for pre menstrual stress which is when someone gets all moody and angry at someone before they um, menstruate.
