It's pretty easy, the tab is broken down into 16th notes which comprise one measure. K stands for kick, S stands for snare and H stands for high hat. Looking at the tab, and it doesn't look right. Technically there is a high hat on every 8th note, it's just accented where they show the H. And there is no one amen break, the drums can be rearranged in any way.

If you can't read tabs, how do you plan on reading the notation form of it?

If you are familiar with theory, just count the hats, (H) as eighth notes, play a straight 4/4 groove on the hi hats, first two bass drum notes (K) follow the first two hi-hat notes, snare (S) is on the third count. The snare notes that fall before and after the fifth hat note are played on the "eh" and "ah" of the count. Just continue on that way. The video posted in the previous answer has a sample of the beat, so listen to that, and use the tab together to get the break down.

In reply to the guy above me. There is only one amen break. People have just rearranged the samples from "Amen, Brother" by the Winstons to form new patterns.
