So i've been very curious lately how dubstep/trap or any EDM producers remix the original artists song with using their original song. for example - Sandro Silva & Quintino - Epic (Carnage & Luminox Festival Trap Refix), and Datsik - Mechano (Culprate remix)? How can you get those specific sounds from the song and then put them back into your own remix of that song. I make dubstep, trap, Glitch hop, Progressive house/Electro, and i'm very curious how producers remix. If anyone knows what program they use, and if they cut samples from the original song, please let me know ;) 10 pts.

Despite what you think, producers often contact each other when they remix. If they use the same DAW they can simply send the project file (eg the flp file in FL Studio). If they're using different DAWs, then they'll probably just send the MIDIs. To be honest though, if you're an experienced keyboard player it should be fairly easy to recreate the melody.

especially lots i glance at it like a conceal that has a comfortable earnings in the artists want because of the fact they have get right of entry to to the studio tracks, i think with that for the time of innovations although i'll grant somewhat much less selection to the remix. It must be somewhat extra effective than a solid conceal could would desire to be. None of that somewhat potential something although. it somewhat is all merely stupid "appreciate qualifiers". Like the rest, if it sounds solid i like it. on the subject rely, i'll observe that i'll hear something that DJ Shadow has to assert (nicely, musically speaking).
