Get everybody in your friends circle know that you want to form a band and you are serious about it, that will get them either joining or introducing you to others.

Form the band, respect the persons you do not pick to join immediately- they might be the only person you can work with later.

Give the band your best, and if you find yourself putting in more effort than the other band members- give yourself a reasonable time limit to see them change and then part ways respecting the fact that they have other priorities.

Announce an audition- and pick the people who 1- you like and 2- like your musical direction 3- always try to see if the person makes you sound better and makes the art something that is incomplete without that person's contribution 4- Do not pick somebody because you are friends, unless they work hard enough to earn their place in the band or maybe if s/he has a car- but it is never worth working with lazy ones. A good test will be to see how much the person has worked on the art even when you have not jammed in a while- they lazy ones that depend on you to lead all the time are dead weight

Ask your friend if she wants to join. For the other instruments, try a classified ad site or ask people you know that play them. I started my band by asking my friend (who happened to play the drums as well) if he wanted to join, and he said yes. It was a duo for a while until I got a guitarist to replace me so I can do just vocals. Then I found this bassist after I put an ad on Craigslist, and he's pretty good. Get your word out, there are a lot of people interested in joining a band and you'll never know who.

Find everyone that you know that plays an instrument and ask them to join. Ask around at school to find other people who might be interested.

If you get enough people to play live with, play a show somewhere (maybe a school talent show or something) and tell the audience that you still need a couple members. There's a chance that someone in the crowd would want to play for you. I found my band that way when they played live with no bassist.

GH3 have been given welcome to the jungle which became right into a music featured in the Rock Band previews. The rumor is weapons and Roses signed an exclusivity settlement with Activision. in case you get GH3, verify you pay the greater suitable for the on the spot controller. Rock Band would not grant this. My very own opinion is get the two (finally). in case you have the on the spot controller from GH3, you should use it with Rock Band.
