Please help me identify a famous jazz instrumental... a sax solo. The song is rather old because I remember I could listen to it everywhere I go 10 years ago.
I know it's not much information. But this song is very famous and people consider it as "THE" jazz classic.
Can you tell me the title and/or its performer?

Could be so ,many different ones.
Johnny Hodges: Passion Flower, Caravan, Take the A train [8 minute special number.]
Johnny Hodges played almost everything in his fifty some years on the sax and clarinet [He began with drums and piano but switched to sax].
Most of his professional years were with Duke Ellington although he had his own group in the fifties for about five years.
Jimmy giuffre had a unique style and a quick one.
So many good sax players.
