Did Joey Jordison quit Slipknot?

Question

This kid told me that the drummer Joey Jordison from Slipknot quit the band. He said he saw it on MTV. The kid that told me lies alot so I don't think it's true. I don't think Joey would quit Slipknot for no reason, especially since they're on tour right now. Did anyone else hear this?

Trust me, Joey Jordison has not quite SlipKnot. They're still goin strong. Even though he did do some side projects such as His other band called "The Murder Dolls" During the time in between their last two albums but never quite Slipknot.

Joey Jordison is a lot better then Lars Ulrich. He's more technical and faster. But Metallica is much better band then Slipknot will ever be and everyone knows that. Plus Joey has toured with Metallica in place of Lars.

SLIPKNOT has released the following statement:

I guess so. But hey, maybe they'll replace the drummer with someone who might have even more drum skills. Might or might not happen. You never know until you find out.
