Yep. Sure is! It's called SOUND RECORDER and it's already on your computer! YaY! Click START
Click ALL PROGRAMS
Click ACCESSORIES
Click ENTERTAINMENT
Click SOUND RECORDER
Now just play the song you want to record and hit the record button. Click EFFECTS then REVERSE to play it backwards! good luck :-)
Lots of ELO have backward messages... Play the chorus to 'Another One Bites The Dust' for a special message. Kraftwerk's Musik Non-stop has backwards messages. Prince's Darlin' Nikkie has a backward choire. many many more LOts of ELO though ;-)

Try researching 'back masking'! Allot of that stuff happens by change of the words chosen! There are songs done by Dark Lotus and other Psychopathic Records artists/super groups that have some reverse talk. This is noticeable and intentional, but nothing 'Satanic'! Some exapmles would be that at the end of Dark Lotus' 'Death Don't Want You', you hear some. And at the beggining of ICP's "Welcom to the Darkness', there is some there too. Edit: JoanahsWhale- No, it was believed to stand for 'Knights In Satan's Service'. The band claims it isn't an acronym!

Assumption: the music in question is in the computer....
If this is the case, any quality audio editing software will have a "reverse" or "flip" function that will do this. You would need to select the portion that you want to flip (ie the whole file or just a piece).
Audacity would be a good free example: http://audacity.sourceforge.net/

Answer: Go to church!
I'm sure every church has special machines that can play songs backwards! After all, who else wants to listen to music backwards - accept zealous Christian extremists who have nothing better to do?!
Go listen to your Best Of Gospel Music instead!
Otherwise, you are just a wananbe DJ, pretending that playing music backwards is equal to record scratching on turntables!
While you're at it, record this answer on tape, and then play it backwards!
Sad!

That's an interesting question! We used to play our records backwards and listen for hidden messages (and we found them), but now with the advent of CD's I don't think you can do that anymore. I know you can do it if you have an old record and a turn table, but cd's? Don't think you can.
